Summary: GDB's load command destroy the emulated memory.

Initial Comment:
When you put the memory image from GDB's load 
command, the memory area emurated by Bochs was 
broken.

It has a bug in the offset calculation in gdbstub.cc. I've 
already fixed and I'll post a patch or something later.
