Headlessなbuckminsterでsubversiveをインストールする．

現象

Web上にある情報の通り，下記のようにインストールすると

buckminster install http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external org.eclipse.buckminster.subversive.headless.feature

エラーが出てインストールできない．

先に，PDEのインストールが要るらしい．
